Tornado launches new brand promise

Tornado has cemented its reputation for delivering superior quality to its customers with the launch of a new brand promise. The company’s ‘end to end excellence’ campaign goes beyond regular product guarantees to assure unbeatable quality throughout Tornado’s entire supply chain and at every level of the business.

As part of the initiative, new quality assurance stamps will feature on Tornado’s product labels, reflecting the rigorous standards adhered to from manufacture at its Cumbrian plant, through distribution to after-sales support.

The campaign has also seen the launch of a valuable new online resource providing the latest information and advice for its customers. The Tornado Centre of Excellence has been created to set the ‘gold standard’ with a comprehensive list of best practice guidelines, regularly updated FAQs, instructional installation video guides, product specs, hints and tips, all at the touch of a button.

A key feature of the site is a real-time ‘ask the experts’ resource, which allows users to get instant free advice from one of Tornado’s technical specialists. Available to anyone from fencing contractors to merchants and end users, the service will be on hand to help with a wide range of issues, from advice on how to complete tricky installations, to assistance choosing the best product for the job.

The new Tornado Centre of Excellence builds on our existing free after-sales service to offer a central resource providing customers with instant access to the most up to date information and advice available.
