Wild boar fencing
Tornado Wild Boar Fencing manages the movement of wild boar in urban and rural environments, segregating valuable livestock and crops, and reducing road and rail interaction. Having been absent for over 300 years Wild Boar are once again commonplace in some parts of the British Isles. .
Tornado has specially designed a unique range of fences that can be used to control and better manage the problem of wild boar. Wild boar are known to spread disease such as Swine Fever and TB, cause agricultural damage and be a danger on the roads. To mitigate risks, specialist ultra robust fencing is essential to prevent breach by wild boar through lifting up, treading down, or pushing through. Tornado Wild Boar Fencing specialists recommend a one metre high fence with 40cms buried for most situations, with a single high tensile barbed wire erected along the fence line at muzzling height and electric offsets in areas of high pressure.
